Shipping
How long to process my order?
Typically orders are processed in 1-3 working days unless they are ordered on presale. All presale orders will be processed from the expected arrival date specified.
How long does shipping take?
The couriers do their best! They can get orders delivered usually within 1-3 working days. It may take longer during peak seasons such as Christmas.
Do you allow pick ups?
Yes! I love meeting my customers and the pick-up option also means you save on shipping. Win win. Simply choose the pick up option at checkout
Do you deliver?
I offer free local delivery in Tauranga as far as Te Puna, Mount Maunganui (as far as Bayfair) and Omanawa.
Processing and Policies
What does 'preorder' mean?
That means the product you have ordered, is not currently in stock, but is expected to arrive soon. We will dispatch as soon as the product has reached us.
Do you ship internationally?
We don't have international shipping listed as it appears to be quite expensive. However if you would like to discuss shipping items internationally, we are happy to work with you on this.
Exchanges, returns, refunds
Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind or if you made a mistake when ordering from the website.
For non-paper products purchased from our website we are happy to exchange your goods within 28 days with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in re-saleable condition. If you exchange a product that was purchased on special for a different product, you will have to pay the full retail price, not the special price if the promotion has ended.
How does the referral program work?
